5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Making all bookings independently

  • Verifying availability, prices, and conditions with third-party providers

  • Ensuring that all travel arrangements suit their personal needs

6. Liability

YourChampagnizedTour acts as a travel planner and advisor only.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party services (hotels, restaurants, transportation, etc.)

  • Any changes, cancellations, or issues with external providers

  • Any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from third-party services

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by YourChampagnizedTour, including itineraries, texts, and materials, remains the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of the service:

  • Once work on the itinerary has started, no refund will be issued

  • If the service is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered

Each request will be reviewed individually.
