At YourChampagnizedTour, we provide fully personalized travel planning services. Due to the custom nature of our work, the following refund policy applies.

1. Nature of the Service

All services provided are:

  • Personalized

  • Tailor-made based on each client’s request

  • Delivered in digital format (itinerary, recommendations, travel guidance)

2. No Refund After Work Has Started

Once the work on your personalized itinerary has begun, no refunds will be issued.

This is because time, research, and planning are already invested in creating your custom experience.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your request before any work has started, a refund may be issued.

In some cases, an administrative or service fee may be retained.

4. Modifications

We aim to ensure your satisfaction.

Minor adjustments to your itinerary may be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

However, significant changes or new requests may be subject to additional charges.

5. No Responsibility for Third-Party Services

YourChampagnizedTour provides recommendations and planning services only.

We are not responsible for:

  • Bookings made by the client

  • Changes, cancellations, or issues with third-party providers (hotels, restaurants, activities, etc.)

Refunds related to third-party services must be handled directly with the respective provider.

6. Exceptional Cases

Each situation is unique. In exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
